-Assist Sales Manager in promoting and selling of ev charging/solar panel products and systems to residential and commercial clients.
-Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and tender documents for Sales Manager approval
-Assist Sales Manager to follow up and close sales
-Update and keep track of monthly sales tracker/sales leads
Administrative work
-Keep track of project schedule and timeline
-Cold calling, screening of potential customer
Requirements:
-Experience working in sales department and paperwork
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work effectively under pressure
-A self-starter who is able to work independently, take initiative and works well in a team
-Proficient in MS Excel, Words and PowerPoint

-Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and tender documents tailored to meet customer requirements.
-Prepare and submit weekly sales report to management.
-Conduct site visits to assess client needs, evaluate site suitability, and provide technical support with the Engineer
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
-Liaise with engineers and vendors to ensure proper management of project.
Requirements:
-Proven experience and track record in sales or business development in the solar or EV charger industry
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
-A self-starter who is able to work independently, take initiative and works well in a team
