Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to expand our customer base and promote our innovative solar and EV solutions. If you are passionate about renewable energy and enjoy a dynamic sales environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell EV charging and solar panel products to residential and commercial clients
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and tender documents
- Assist the Sales Manager in following up on leads and closing deals
- Maintain and update the monthly sales tracker and lead database
- Perform administrative tasks related to the sales process
- Coordinate and track project schedules and timelines
- Conduct site visits and on-site surveys
- Perform cold calling and qualify potential customers
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred, especially in solar energy or EV charging sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Committed to providing outstanding after-sales support
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident (SPR) only

Job Description & Requirements

-Develop and manage a pool of leads, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities.
-Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and tender documents tailored to meet customer requirements.
-Prepare and submit weekly sales report to management.
-Conduct site visits to assess client needs, evaluate site suitability, and provide technical support with the Engineer
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
-Liaise with engineers and vendors to ensure proper management of project.
Requirements:
-Proven experience and track record in sales or business development in the solar or EV charger industry
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
-A self-starter who is able to work independently, take initiative and works well in a team

Job Description & Requirements
- Maintaining inventory
- Issue project materials to project team
- Prepare weekly inventory report and customer report
- Forecast stocks requirement for new or upcoming site
- Logistic arrangement for collection/delivery
- Overseas shipment/logistics arrangement
- In-charge of incoming deliveries
- Liaise with customer on their collection and returning of items
- Maintain customer’s inventory and warehousing space
- In-charge of warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping
- In-charge of stock taking every month
- Forklift license is a must
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
-Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, purchasing, or project coordination is preferred.
-Experience in solar, EV charger, electrical, construction, or telecommunication industries will be an advantage.
-Good communication and coordination skills.
-Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
-Proficient in MS Excel, Words and PowerPoint
